Terms & Conditions

1. All bookings submitted through this webpage are considered requests only and are subject to review and approval by Dead Sea Track management. A booking is not confirmed until an official confirmation is sent via email.
2. Drivers must hold a valid driver's license and be legally permitted to operate a motor vehicle. All vehicles must be legally registered, insured, and in safe operating condition.
3. Participation in drift and drag driving activities involves inherent risks. By booking the track, the driver voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the activity.
4. Dead Sea Track, its management, and staff shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to vehicles or property, except as required by applicable law. Drivers may be held responsible for any damage caused to the track, facilities, or third parties.
5. All drivers must comply with track rules, safety guidelines, and staff instructions at all times. Management reserves the right to suspend or terminate any session for safety or operational reasons.
6. Dead Sea Track management reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or modify any booking at its discretion without obligation to provide a reason.
